I made it through the cleanse!!! Yay!!!
It kinda feels really great!
I am over the moon for getting all the way to day 21 without cheating at all! *Sigh of relief*
If you are just popping in and haven’t been reading along for the last month, you can click here to read about this cleanse I decided to do! It was a fun little journey, though hard at times, but so worth it!
Ok, so here is my entry for the last day of the cleanse:
What I ate:
Breakfast: smoothie with sp powder, spinach, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, mango, green grapes
Lunch: baked sweet potato with coconut oil (my latest favorite thing to eat)
Dinner: Chicken with garlic, coconut oil, thyme, oregano and sesame seeds (had dinner with mom, we kinda just threw stuff together – it turned out good!)
Snacks: cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, banana, green beans, 2nd shake: same as this morning.
How I Am Feeling: really, really good. I have also noticed that my nails are stronger, my skin has cleared up and my hair is a bit shinier and healthier feeling lately.
Other Purification Techniques I Am Doing: none today
Exercise: 30 minute cardio
I am going to do another post tomorrow about some of the other ways I was detoxing my body during the cleanse (mainly personal hygiene products I used) along with a summary of the 21 days. So I hope you will stop by and read tomorrow’s post!
